JNJG Joins Forces with Tour Tee

Jack Newton Junior Golf is excited to announce a brand-new sponsorship deal with golf tee company Tour Tee. The new and innovative company will be the “Tee Times” sponsor at all Jack Newton Junior Golf Tour events, fitting given the company’s slogan of “your game starts here”.
Tour Tee was the brainchild of Gordon Elkington, one of the Tour Tee directors, who was frustrated with wooden snapping tees and losing standard rubber tops tees from them flying out of the ground. With a background in plastics Gordon started the research process with a goal to create a golf tee that was virtually unbreakable, easy to use and environmentally friendly.
Fast forward and the Tour Tee original was developed, a golf tee that can actually improve your game with its Advanced Launch Technology (ALT) which has been proven by robot technology to reduce spin and dispersion, helping the golf ball go longer and straighter, equalling more distance and control off the tee for the golfer!
There are now over 100 Tour Professionals using the Tour Tee across worldwide Tours, with recent top 5 finishes on the USPGA, Japan and Asian Tours, as well as numerous wins on the Australian and USPGA Tour Champions.

It is quite fitting that Tour Tee partners with the Jack Newton Junior Golf Foundation to continue to promote the game of golf, increase junior golf participation, and with Tour Tee being the Number One Tee in Golf, we are helping juniors achieve their greatest potential just as Jack set out to do in 1986 when he set up the Foundation”.
At the upcoming NSW Junior Championships, all players will receive a Tour Tee gift pack as part of their tournament registration, with Jack Newton Junior Golf Logo Tour Tees available at tournament registration and on starting holes at every tournament.
Jack Newton Junior Golf Tournament and Event Manager Dale Hughes said the creative way in which the companies have come together to promote the product will be beneficial for both juniors and Tour Tee itself. “We’re always looking for new ways to promote Jack Newton Junior Golf and having our own Logo Golf Tees for our kids to use will do just that. It makes sense that the number one junior golf foundation in the country is partnered with the number one tee in golf and everyone will be excited to find out their “Tour Tee” Tee Times at every event”.
Still don’t believe the hype? Tour Tee will be conducting some driver testing at Byron Bay Golf Club throughout the upcoming NSW Junior Championships. From 3pm on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, all players will be invited to test out the Tour Tee and see first-hand just how much further your golf ball travels.
