Tenterfield Junior Golf Tournament (54 Holes)

In mid January each year the Tenterfield Golf Club conducts a major Junior Golf Tournament attracting visitors from New England, South East Queensland, North West and Central North Districts. In the 2014 event, about 80 players from beginners to scratch markers played in events for all abilities. The boys and girls were also given the benefit of a free Golf Clinic by PGA stalwarts Charlie Earp and Colin Edwards to perfect the finer points of the game. For many, this event is as much a social occasion incorporating an opportunity to catch up with old friends.
